Well, I had a pretty good birthday. Had some cool presents, including a Stargate Atlantis DVD, the latest Harry Potter book, a film that always makes me cry (Batteries not Included), the new Madness album, the Kaiser Chiefs album, and a bunch of other bits including a card for my camera. Not that that's come yet, boo hoo...
I had a fair bit of money, too, so I've been busily spending that, mostly on eBay. I found a few things that
Ali and I saw when out shopping Monday. Not that I bought anything Monday. But I've landed a copy of Micro Machines for the Sega Megadrive and the Sonic Collection for PS2. I'm working on Timesplitters: Future Perfect. :D
I also bought the Eddie Izzard box set, which should be a laugh. My video copy of The Definite Article is getting a bit snowy!
Enough birthday stuff then. We're still working on buying a house, think we've had more stuff from the solicitor (a letter would have been delivered today if any of us had been there to sign for it).
I was interested to read about
this - China are placing limits on how long people can play online games! I had heard that you could pay Chinese people to power level characters, well, I guess this legislation will put an end to that (to an extent), even if it doesn't stop 'addiction' to online gaming...
Oh, and Hullabaloo was fun. :D
Anyway, I'd best be off.
Bye!
