Drat, I forgot to mention that it was Brian's birthday yesterday! I spent most of last week remembering on and off, thinking, "Oh, I have to remember it's Brian's birthday on the 28th", and then I was so caught up with the wedding and so on that I forgot. D'oh!
Um, Brian is my laptop PC. I like him a lot. I think he might be feeling a bit sad, what with the criticisms that have been levelled at him recently re: not up to spec 3D graphics and rapidly diminishing hard drive space, but he's the first computer I've felt like this about since my first
A1200. And I didn't name my
A1200, so I suppose Brian's a step up from that. Although I didn't call him Brian. My brother John did. Although I would have named him
something, so...
I spent a
lot of time with my
A1200. I've spent a lot of time with Brian. We've done a lot of work together, and played a lot of games. And spent a
lot of time on the internet. I've probably spent more time with him than with most people. Sad but true.
Ah, look at me, I'm rambling incoherently. Again.
Here's to Brian!
